  • Quiet Pour is best suited for intimate weddings, private gatherings, retreats, celebrations and thoughtfully hosted events where ease, presence, and guest experience matter.

  • Core service starts at $1,000+. Once availability and alignment are confirmed, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your date. This reserves the date as availability is limited, secures preparation time invested and covers upfront costs.

  • Pricing reflects more than time on site. Quiet Pour’s bar service includes preparation, supplies, business costs, and thoughtful planning that comes from experience - not just pouring drinks.

Quiet Pour is structured as a dry hire service, which means clients are required to purchase alcohol directly. This can help hosts avoid resale markups, while keeping the bar service straightforward and well organized. By taking care of the bar service and beverage-related planning, clients are able to enjoy their event without managing drinks or bar logistics on their own throughout the evening.

This offering may not be the right fit for every event or budget — and that’s okay. We aim for alignment on both sides so the bar experience feels right for everyone involved.

  • We understand that, on occasion, cancellations are unavoidable in the event space.

Once availability and alignment are confirmed, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer are required to reserve your date. The retainer remains nonrefundable in the event of cancellation, as it covers time invested, preparation costs, and the opportunity cost of reserving that date and turning away other potential events.

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the remaining balance may be dismissed. Full cancellation terms are outlined clearly in the service agreement so expectations are transparent from the start.
